Hubris Encounters

### Street Encounters

2. A *rogue security robot*. Although its weapons will not be online, it is capable of melee attacks. It will attack anyone found in a private area.
3. An *autonomous salvage robot* sent by someone in the city to gather supplies, take over computer systems, or perform some other task. It will attack the PCs if they interfere with its objective.
4. A group of 1d3 *feral children* searching the city for food, medicine, or just entertainment. They are usually part of a larger gang.
5. A group of 1d4 *explorers*, of any age. They are searching for safe routes to the surface and will cooperate if the PCs seem friendly.
6. A *holocloud* representation of one of the city's personalities. It will be friendly but confused.
